Conference and Exhibition

Full Conference Package: Includes attendance at the conference and exhibition on all three days with refreshments and lunch,
plus accommodation on Tuesday and Wednesday nights and both dinner functions. 
Exhibition passes may only be booked by Suppliers. Please select another option.
Day Delegate Package (R2000 per day): Includes attendance at the conference and exhibition on the days you have selected,
with refreshments and lunch. The package does not include accommodation or dinner functions (you may add these separately to your booking).
Exhibitor Passes (R1000 per day): Includes attendance at the conference and exhibition on the days
you have selected, with refreshments and lunch. It does not include accommodation or dinner functions.

Accommodation is included for Tuesday and Wednesday nights, based on your Conference selection above.

Early bird fees end on 15 November 2023. Costs increase from 16 November 2023.
Changes: All changes are subject to a R125.00 fee per change.
Payment due before event
Payment is due within 30 days but no later than 10 December 2023. All bookings will be provisional until payment is received. Unpaid bookings will automatically be released, but are subject to cancellation penalties if applicable. Immediate payment is required for bookings after 3 December 2022. A 10% penalty applies for late payments.

Cancellation or replacements
Replacements are allowed at any time. Replacements and cancellations will incur a R125 fee plus the following penalties for cancellations:
  • 60+ days prior to event: 10% cancellation fee
  • 31 to 59 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
  • Up to 30 days prior to event: 100% cancellation fee.

We respect our participants' privacy, and personal information provided will be strictly managed in terms of the POPI Act. We will send participants communications about the Conference and Exhibition, as well as news and information about other events, products and services. Participants' data will be stored on the SAACHS database system and its backups. Participants may opt-out from receiving our communications, and change or delete their information at any time.

We cannot host this event without the financial support of our attendees and exhibitors.  If they ask, participant contact information will be provided to paid participants. Name badges at the conference will also include a QR code with the participant's details. We will never sell participant details to any other company.
