The prices below are for the 2027 Conference. Early Bird rates end on 31 October 2026.
Campus health professionals, health care workers, and their colleagues working in the higher education sector are invited to attend the SAACHS Annual Conference.
Companies that provide services to universities and other healthcare institutions are encouraged to exhibit at the conference, and utilise the opportunity to network with attendees and share their products and services. Daily shuttles will be available from ANEW Hotel to Momentum Group Conference Centre which is 5 minutes away.
Travel
SAACHS will negotiate rates at hotels convenient to the Conference venue. Details will be posted here.
Please make your own travel arrangements.
Delegates who prefer to travel to the hotel via Gautrain should use Centurion Station as their destination.
From OR Tambo Airport to the Centurion Station, the entire rail journey takes approximately 34 minutes.
Board at OR Tambo: Follow the internal airport signage to the upper level of the terminal to reach the Gautrain Airport Station.
Transfer at Marlboro: Take the Airport Service train to Marlboro Station. Disembark and change platforms to catch the Northbound train heading towards Hatfield.
Arrive at Centurion: Ride the North-South line past Midrand to reach the Centurion Gautrain Station, located at West Avenue and Gerard Street.
Payment & Fares
No Cash Accepted
Contactless Bank Cards: The easiest method is using your contactless debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) to tap in and tap out at the station gates.
Gautrain Gold Card: Alternatively, you can purchase a Gold Card at airport station vending machines.
Connecting from Centurion Station to the Hotel
Hotel Shuttle will be available at the station.
The ANEW Hotel is 5 minutes away from the Centurion Station.

Terms and conditions
Price and Booking Changes
- Early Bird rates are available until 31 October 2026.
- Standard rates will apply after the Early Bird deadline.
- All booking changes will incur a R150.00 fee per change.
Payment due before event
Payment is due within 15 days but no later than 30 November. All bookings are final.
If payment is not received on time the bookings will be cancelled but cancellation penalties will be applied.
Immediate payment is required for bookings after 1 November. Late payments will be subject to a 10% penalty.
Cancellations and replacements
Replacements are allowed at any time. Cancellations will incur a R150 fee plus the following penalties:
- 60+ days prior to event: 10% cancellation fee
- 31 to 59 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
- Up to 30 days prior to event: 100% cancellation fee.
Supplier Participation
Suppliers may only attend the event if they are exhibitors.
Participating suppliers are entitled and encouraged to participate in all conference activities.
Other than the cost of exhibiting or supporting, supplier partners pay the same as Members to participate.

We are keeping costs down as long as possible. To benefit from the Early Bird rates, book before 31 October 2026. Standard rates will apply thereafter.
