Costs to attend
Campus health professionals, health care workers, and their colleagues working in the higher education sector are invited to attend the SAACHS Annual Conference.
Companies that provide services to universities and other healthcare institutions are encouraged to exhibit at the conference, and utilise the opportunity to network with attendees and share their products and services. Supplier representatives may only attend the event if they are exhibitors. Visit the Supplier Packages page

Hotel accommodation
Hotel accommodation is not included in Exhibitor or Delegate Packages. Please make your own accommodation and travel arrangements.
Terms and conditions
Price and Booking Changes
- The cost to attend or exhibit increase by 10% after 15 November.
- All booking changes will incur a R150.00 fee per change.
Payment due before event
Payment is due within 15 days but no later than 10 December. All bookings are final. If payment is not received on time the bookings will be cancelled but cancellation penalties will be applied.
Immediate payment is required for bookings after 1 December. Late payments will be subject to a 10% penalty.
Cancellations and replacements
Replacements are allowed at any time. Cancellations will incur a R150 fee plus the following penalties:
- 60+ days prior to event: 10% cancellation fee
- 31 to 59 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
- Up to 30 days prior to event: 100% cancellation fee.
Supplier Participation
Suppliers may only attend the event if they are exhibitors.
Participating suppliers are entitled and encouraged to participate in all conference activities.
