What does 3 days mean?: Attendance at the conference on 7, 8 and 9 January (Wednesday to Friday)
What does 3 dinners mean?: Pre-event dinner on Tuesday, Casual dinner on Wednesday and Gala Dinner on Thursday
What does 3 nights mean?: Bed and breakfast hotel room with checkin Tuesday 6 January, and checkout Friday morning 9 January

Boardwalk Hotel: Luxury King Room; R2250 per night
Beach Hotel: Standard rooms; R1700.00 per night (not sea facing)

Important notes about hotels:
There are limited hotel rooms available in our preferred packages. Rooms will be allocated on a first paid basis. 
Rooms will not be held for you if you request a quotation. 
To secure your hotel room you must register and pay before 3 October (when the hotel cancellation periods kick in).

Suppliers may only attend the event if they are exhibitors. Suppliers who do not have a current contract with PURCO SA or one of its Member institutions may apply to exhibit. You will be advised if your application is successful. A 10% additional fee is levied.

Early bird fees end on 30 June.
Changes: All changes are subject to a R125.00 fee per change.
Payment due before event: Payment is due within 30 days but no later than 30 days before the event. Immediate payment is required for bookings made less than 30 days before the event. Unpaid bookings will automatically be released, and are subject to cancellation penalties if applicable. A 10% penalty applies for late payments.

Cancellation or replacements
Replacements are allowed at any time. Replacements and cancellations will incur a R125 fee plus the following penalties for cancellations:
  • 60+ days prior to event: 10% cancellation fee
  • 31 to 59 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
  • Up to 30 days prior to event: 100% cancellation fee.

We respect our participants' privacy, and personal information provided will be strictly managed in terms of the POPI Act. We will send participants communications about the Conference and Exhibition, as well as news and information about other events, products and services. Participants' data will be stored on the PURCO SA database system and its backups.

We cannot host this event without the financial support of our attendees and exhibitors.  If they ask, participant contact information will be provided to paid participants. Name badges at the conference will also include a QR code with the participant's details. We will never sell participant details to any other company. 

Our privacy policy can be read here. Participants may opt-out from receiving our communications, and change or delete their information at any time.

The person making this registration confirms that they have the necessary authority to do so, and acknowledges that they can be held personally liable for registration costs or cancellation fees if not paid by their institution or organisation.
