Casual Dinner 8 January
Coco C is a chic haute cuisine hotspot that offers first-class service, food and ambience. The atmosphere is established by luxurious textures and opulent accessories with distinctive French influences for that international look and feel. Chandeliers, velvet and silk upholstery, silver cutlery and porcelain crockery define this beautiful setting.
The menu is every bit as sumptuous and grand as the décor. The crayfish soup makes a decadent starter and the mains include a wide variety of delectable dishes, including red meat, fish and poultry. A very special feature of many of the dishes (sweet and savoury) is the inclusion of cacao or chocolate. This has created a menu of diversity and innovation.
Coco C has its own sommelier and some of the best local and imported wines in the country.

The Gala Dinner on 9 January will be hosted in Windmill A&B in the Windmill Conference Centre.
