Nature of the event

There is no virtual option to participate in the event. A key focus of the Conference is providing attendees with a strong physical engagement environment.

My Booking

You may make changes before the booking system closes on 10 December. Thereafter no further bookings or changes will be possible.

We respect our participants' privacy, and personal information provided will be strictly managed in terms of the POPI Act. We will send participants communications about the Conference and Exhibition, as well as news and information about other events, products and services. Participants' data will be stored on the SAACHS database system and its backups.

We cannot host this event without the financial support of our attendees and exhibitors.  If they ask, participant contact information will be provided to paid participants. Name badges at the conference will also include a QR code with the participant's details. We will never sell participant details to any other company. 

Participants may opt-out from receiving our communications, and change or delete their information at any time.

 

There is a 100% cancellation fee from 30 days before the event. You may transfer your booking to someone else at no cost.

Arrival and Conference Registration

Proceed directly to hotel registration, who will check you in to the hotel or direct you to the Conference Centre.

Hotels

Please make your own hotel bookings. We will share hotel details when the venue has been booked.

Check-in is normally from 14h00 and check-out is at 10h00

Please check out before attending the conference. The hotel will provide a bag drop facility for your luggage.

Dress code and dinner theme

Dress is business casual, although some delegates may choose to dress more formally.

Monday 8 January: Boma dinner
If you're arriving early on Monday join us for a casual shisa nyama dinner from 18h30 in the Boma (next to the main restaurant).

Tuesday 9 January: Casual dinner.
Join us for a safari/jungle themed night under the stars at the hotel lake. Dress for the bush with comfortable shoes for the grass. 

Wednesday 10 January: Elegant Gala Dinner.
Dress to kill for our elegant gala dinner at the Magnolia Restaurant at Casterbridge Centre. Make sure you dress the part, and prepare yourself for a night of good food, good music and lots of dancing.

Name badges

You may share your badge but only one person will be allowed into the venue at any time. 

Food

The registration form has provision to specify your requirements. The event will provide Halaal, Vegetarian, Kosher and Hindu meals for lunches and dinners if requested when you register.

Payment

Bookings will be cancelled if payment is not received, but cancellation fees will still apply. Delegates and exhibitors will not be allowed into the venue if there are outstanding payments.

Other

Unfortunately not. Access control is strictly managed and all delegates and exhibitors must be registered and have a name badge to get access to the conference and exhibition.
