Mr Sabelo Ntenza,
Professional Nurse, Central University of Technology

I am a Professional Nurse and Accoucher Registered with the South African Nursing Council(SANC). I'm currently working in a Primary Health Care Setting providing various PHC and emergency services.

I hold a bachelor's degree in nursing science from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal majoring in psychiatric, maternal and community nursing science which I completed in record time with a Cum laude.

I completed a certificate in HIV Management via the Knowledge HUB National department of Health while working at the Murchison District Hospital in the rural South Coast of Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa. 

I'm also currently perusing a Postgraduate qualification in Nursing education at the university of the free state. Which will enable me to register as a clinical assessor, facilitator and lecture.

I have experience in emergency and trauma, reproductive health and rights, Community Health care, child protection and adolescent reproductive health and Management of chronic illnesses in general wards. 

I obtained this experience during my years training as a student in various hospitals in the Ethekwini Hospitals complex as well as during my community service period at the Murchison District Hospital.

My current work focuses on improving the quality of care and educational development by providing various health services and also assisting in the implementation of policies and guidelines in a Primary Health Care Setting.

I have demonstrated skills in project management for development and implementation of research and education strategies. This also includes skills of communication, leadership and mentoring, set to deliver quality service through my expertise, dedication and creativity towards organizational objectives with integrity and commitment. 

One of my important values is ensuring that my team members grow and develop in their respective roles while delivering quality health care services.
