Exhibitor packages

Companies that provide services to universities and other healthcare institutions are encouraged to exhibit at the conference and utilise the opportunity to network with attendees. Supplier representatives may only attend the event if they are exhibitors. 

The Full Package Conference Packages include two nights' accommodation at the Ingwenyama Resort Hotel.
You are encouraged to stay at the Ingwenyama Resort Hotel to maximise networking and enjoy the camaraderie of being with your campus health clients.

Reduced Hotel Rates
SAACHS has negotiated the following reduced accommodation rates for the Hotel:

• Single Classic Room: R1480 per person per night
• Book online via our website.

Price and Booking Changes

• The cost to attend or exhibit increase by 10% after 15 November.
• All booking changes will incur a R125.00 fee per change.

Payment due before event
Payment is due within 15 days but no later than 16 December. All bookings are final. If payment is not received on time the bookings will be cancelled but cancellation penalties will be applied. Immediate payment is required for bookings after 10 December. Late payments will be subject to a 10% penalty.

Cancellations and replacements
Replacements are allowed at any time. Cancellations will incur a R125 fee plus the following penalties:

• 60+ days prior to event: 10% cancellation fee
• 31 to 59 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
• Up to 30 days prior to event: 100% cancellation fee.
