The Annual General Meeting for SAACHS members will be included in the Conference Programme. The AGM will be streamlined so as not to exceed 1 hour. Please attend to exercise your rights and responsibilities in terms of the SAACHS Constitution.

Campus health professionals, health care workers, and their colleagues working in the higher education sector are invited to attend the SAACHS Annual Conference.
Companies that provide services to universities and other healthcare institutions are encouraged to exhibit at the conference, and utilise the opportunity to network with attendees and share their products and services. Hotel accommodation

The Full Package Conference Packages includes two nights' accommodation at the Ingwenyama Resort Hotel.
You are encouraged to stay at the Ingwenyama Resort Hotel to maximise networking and enjoy the camaraderie of being with your colleagues.

Reduced Hotel Rates
SAACHS has negotiated the following reduced accommodation rates for the Hotel:

  • Single Classic Room: R1480 per person per night
  • Book online via our website.

Terms and conditions

Price and Booking Changes

  • The cost to attend or exhibit increase by 10% after 15 November..
  • All booking changes will incur a R125.00 fee per change.

Payment due before event
Payment is due within 15 days but no later than 16 December. All bookings are final. If payment is not received on time the bookings will be cancelled but cancellation penalties will be applied. Immediate payment is required for bookings after 1 December. Late payments will be subject to a 10% penalty.

Cancellations and replacements
Replacements are allowed at any time. Cancellations will incur a R125 fee plus the following penalties:

  • 60+ days prior to event: 10% cancellation fee
  • 31 to 59 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
  • Up to 30 days prior to event: 100% cancellation fee.

Supplier Participation

Suppliers may only attend the event if they are exhibitors.
Participating suppliers are entitled and encouraged to participate in all conference activities.
